PAUL ARNDT

Paul is a radio history nerd that has experience working in three community radio stations across the country.  He has a solid grasp on old and new school methods of broadcasting, as well as technical understanding of the construction and operation of a radio station. He is a resident of Lockhart with a passion for building community, providing opportunities and educating. Paul also brings to the table strong business skills  and many years of experience as a business owner and part of an executive management team in his day job.

MAX YANCY

A born-and-raised Austinite, Max returned home after graduating from the University of Washington in Seattle with a B.A. in International Studies. From there he split time between political organizing and the music industry. His political career culminated as Field Director for Greg Casar's 1st Austin City Council campaign, and shortly thereafter he joined local concert promoter C3 Presents as a Jr. Talent Buyer. In 2018, Max jumped at the opportunity to become KOOP's Volunteer Coordinator where he will have served until just recently. Max has also been a KOOP volunteer since 2013, and currently hosts the freeform music program Channel Surfing.

GRACE REYER

Grace is a native Texan and graduate of Cornish College of the Arts. She is proficient in several artistic media and has over 5 years of experience as a radio programmer on The Clear Spot at 91.7 FM KOOP. Her work has been shown in the Cornish Poster Show hosted by Robynne Raye, Ukiyo-e woodblock exhibition with Junichi Tsuneoka, and an exhibition at Integrus Architecture. She has fulfilled internships through Detour Film Production and Anthropologie. Grace has also worked on several films, music videos and  commercials. Most current work includes posters for local venues and visuals for live shows.
